Whether it's product or services, our customers earn (1) Lux Buck for every dollar spent with any 1LUX brand.
REDEEM
Redeem your Lux Bucks with any 1LUX brand for either services or products. Our redemption rates are 2% for services and 1% for products.
Here's an example...
You paid for a product invoice from LOGIQ in the amount of $100,000. You just earned 100,000 Lux Bucks!
You have the option of redeeming those Lux Bucks for services at a 2% redemption rate (equivalent to $2,000.00), or for product at a 1% redemption rate (equivalent to $1,000.00).
You have the option of redeeming those Lux Bucks for services at a 2% redemption rate (equivalent to $2,000.00), or for product at a 1% redemption rate (equivalent to $1,000.00).
Excluded from accrual is project management fees, tax and redemption services / product transactions. The expiration period for all accrued points
is 18 months from received payment date. Payments that are over 60 days past due will not accrue Lux Bucks.
